I pay a lot of attention to selecting the best remedial (therapeutic) oils for my practice. From my experience, the properly chosen oils increase the therapeutic result after massage therapy. For instance, they help to reach deeper muscle relaxation and eliminate a soreness for next day after remedial/sports massage or distress and boost your mood after holistic massage or aromatherapy.
